We are seeking to add a dynamic Customer Support Representative to our growing team.
Primary responsibilities will include answering inbound equipment and supply order requests from customers, physician offices and medical facilities while providing timely and accurate information regarding product offerings, verifying eligibility, and processing sales and rental orders.
General office related responsibilities include maintaining accurate customer files and records.
Key requirements include relevant administrative healthcare experience, some familiarity with insurance billing and coding, strong communication skills, retail experience, data entry skills, and being a team player with a positive outlook.
