4K a year Thirwood Place, Cape Cod's premier adult living community, has an opportunity to join the security team at our beautiful location in South Yarmouth.
We're looking to fill a full-time Security Guard position with the right candidate who wants to be part of a dynamic team.
Shift is midnight to 8 a.
m.
The ideal candidate for Security Guard will present themselves in a professional manner to both residents and staff and have a willingness to perform a variety of tasks throughout their shift.
Responsibilities for the Security Guard include:
-Patrolling randomly, monitoring, and controlling business entrances and investigating disturbances.
-Protect against fire, theft, illegal entry, infractions of safety regulations and other irregularities.
-Maintaining a safe and secure environment -Maintain records and prepare incident reports and other documents pertinent to security activities accurately and completely -Investigate disturbances and in the event of emergency, take charge of policing to maintain order, safety and to protect property.
-Perform other work-related duties as requested/directed.
Will train the right candidate and uniform will be provided.
Thirwood Place is owned by a local family with strong roots in the community.
We're located in a picturesque area overlooking Flax Pond.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
