A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR) As a Customer Service Rep (CSR), you provide friendly assistance to our clients, determine their needs, and resolve their concerns.
This is done both in person and through the phone.
You establish and maintain customer accounts in our database as well as set up, maintain, and schedule preventative maintenance agreements.
Some of your other duties include general assistance around the office such as data entry, filing paperwork, and more.
You feel good about helping our customers get the best plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services around! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR) Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment Strong communication and customer service skills Two or more years of customer service experience in a high volume and fast-paced environment is preferred, but not required.

If yes, you might just be perfect for this office position! WORK SCHEDULE FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR) We have full- and part-time schedules for this position.
Full-time employees work 40 hours each week with a rotating 8 AM - 12 PM Saturday shift.
Part-time employees work 20 - 25 hours each week and also have a rotating 8 AM - 12 PM Saturday shift.
