Inside Project Manager
We have an immediate opening in our Newton, MA facility for an Inside Project Manager to assist in the management and execution of restoration projects. Responsibilities include:
Working with branch manager, outside project manager (OPM), marketers, insurance companies, subcontractors and others to manage losses ensuring all project documentation is completed
Provides assistance in the planning of production schedules including allocation of resources
Creation and maintenance of electronic and paper project files
Creation and distribution of project estimates from OPMs to various insurance company personnel via electronic upload or other vendor-specified means
Works closely with OPM to record and track performance to budget
Assist in the sourcing, evaluation and qualification of vendors
Schedule homeowner/client visits as necessary throughout the project
Prepares daily and weekly project reports and updates to parties involved in the loss
Provide a wide range of administrative support required to manage loss effectively
Required Skills
Must have strong communication, organization, computer, and Microsoft software skills.
Past experience with Restoration Manager, Peachtree and Xactimate software preferred.
Education or Equivalent Experience
Bachelors degree in business management or other relevant field of study or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
Past experience in an emergency service, insurance or project management organization a plus; knowledge of construction terminology a plus.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
