Provide individual, family, group, and milieu therapy. Perform assessmentsand case management duties. Represent Agency to referral sources and function as a member of program administration.


  • Provide individual, family therapy and case management to assigned case load within the program

  • Develop and present individualized treatment plans

  • Maintain clinical notes and records that are consistent with RFK, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) and Department of Early Education and Care (DEEC)

  • Assist in the annual program review process as needed

  • Assume additional responsibilities as directed by the Clinical Director

  • Attend workshops/training related to professional growth to enhance clinical expertise

  • Perform verbal and physical de-escalation as needed to ensure safety of staff and students in accordance to agency policies/procedures and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention


Must be 21 years of age. Master level education (MSW; M.A., M.S.,Ed) must be license eligible (LICSW or LMHC). Residential experience a plus. Valid drivers license required

The Cape Cod STARR Programwas established in 2004 as a safe and comfortable environment for adolescents in DCF care. The program offers adolescents a secure environment to provide short-term assessments as well as stabilization services. The program has the capacity to serve 12 adolescent males and between the ages of 12-17. This program provides services to the Cape Cod and Islands Office of the Department of Children and Families.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
