Responsibilities:





  • Work with Partners and Client Managers to develop and execute a recruiting strategy to uncover the most-qualified candidates


  • Identify, pursue and engage top talent for each search


  • Conduct confidential interviews and present ?short-listed?/ qualified candidates


  • Create weekly search updates for clients and participate in regular update calls and client meetings


  • Manage the expectations of a variety of stakeholders in a concise, professional manner


  • Continuously update and detail candidate records in database


  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships


  • Become an expert in your area of specialty


  • Research and develop leads for future business development





Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
