We partner with companies to identify, assess, and introduce some of the top professionals in Regulatory. Those professionals go on to help our clients discover, or bring to market, crucial therapeutics that help ease the lives of people living with a variety of diseases.

Due to continued growth and high demand for our services, we are adding to our team! Our Sales Development Representative will drive our client and candidate outreach.

Qualifications:




  • Bachelor?s Degree not required but preferred


  • 1 years of experience in sales, sourcing, networking and/or recruiting preferred but not required


  • Solid verbal and written communication skills- It will be critical to establish credibility and strong rapport through virtual communication


  • Ability to work pro-actively in a fast paced, target driven environment and perform well under time constraints and changing deadlines


  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Client Relationship Management systems (CRM) highly preferred


  • Entrepreneurial spirit with drive and desire to succeed. A powerful sense of ownership.


  • Results driven, strong sense of urgency and natural curiosity

25% Research and Sourcing?




  • Build and execute sourcing plans to develop and maintain candidate pipelines


  • Identify organizations with current needs by utilizing ore-set search agents and RSS alerts


  • Take ownership of specific types of organization or geographic regions with goal of identifying 95% of firms (funnel out once saturation is achieved) utilizing LinkedIn


  • Create project lists in LinkedIn with viable hiring managers and /or candidates


  • Develop strong proficiencies with online research tools and Boolean search string methodologies




25% InMails, Emails, Social Media and Admin




  • Use project lists to send rounds of InMails from management?s account for each viable project?


  • Create, maintain, and add new contacts to email distribution lists, driving the creation of content (with team?s support); follow up on leads generated/ clicked links and respond to replies


  • Maintain social media, post, manage responses


  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in digital marketing trends


  • Develop a posting schedule and continuously engage with the market place through creative posts on social media


  • Coordinate call scheduling and follow up with outstanding action items and messaging


  • Maintain the integrity of our applicant tracking system and update client information

50% outbound cold calling lead generation




  • Responsible for cultivating daily client prospect lists


  • Daily client prospect list outreach


  • Create multiple touch plans for each prospect including follow up emails





Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
